A : We’re sorry, but we do not accept custom orders.

Q : Can I purchase only a 10 colors set from the 100 colors set?

A : We’re sorry, but we do not sell individual colors from the set.

Q : Is shipping available to my country?

     Please note that some customers find the shipping costs to be high;

     however, these are the standard rates set by the shipping carriers.

     Since BIG OIL PASTEL is a heavy product, the shipping fees for international deliveries

     are based on weight, which unfortunately results in higher costs.
